A traditional method of storing onions is drying them with their stalks on and storing in a cool cellar, cave or a dark storage after they are harvested until they are consumed. However, between 40-80% of the onions stored with this method result in spoilage. At the moment, neither economy nor our aged planet can afford these kinds of spoilage anymore.

Cold Rooms are standard preservation chambers built at site to desired dimensions and cooling specifications.

• Surface Material Gl Pre-Painted Sheet, S.S. Sheet (Grade 304/316), Gl Plain Sheet, Galvanium. (Inside & Outside different metal can be placed as per your requirement).

 

Floor:

• For Kota stone or Concrete floor, Puf Slab with both side tar felt coated.
• For Kota stone or Concrete floor, both side metal surface panel in which each side fits with cam lock and prevent temperature loss.
• Aluminium Chequered Plate with Marine Ply.
• FRP Cladding on floor.

 

Door :

• Flush Type: Swing Door with FRP Profile, Imported Hardware, Push Type Gasket & replaceable heater for easy door operation & long life.
• Over Lap Type: Teak wood frame with metal covering by using heavy duty hardware for better strength.
• Sliding Door: Ice makes Sliding Doors are very easy to operate, greater in efficiency, better in performance. Also, In terms of safety, long service Life, and smooth in operation.
